pain is weakness leaving the body
damn. if studying for the asvab wasnt enough i also have to get back in shape. my knees have been giving me fits but i think i can work out the kinks. i started today right after work shooting hoops to work out my knees and ankles later i went for a mile and a half run to the bridge in my community and there did a count of 59 pushups. one the run back i found a tree branch sticking out over the side walk and there i did 2 sets of 10 push ups. good god almighty i need to get back in shape. i cant believe id let myself get like this too.
